Who we are

Copper Labs Ltd, Amathountos 1A, 3105 Limassol, Cyprus, is responsible for your data on this site (the data controller). Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

• What you type into the Mr. Wizard chat. • Your email address and the chat transcript, if you leave your email in the chat. • What you send us on WhatsApp or by email. • Your IP address, used for a short time to block abuse of the chat. We do not ask for ID numbers, bank details or passwords. Please do not send them in the chat.

Why we use it

To answer your questions, to reply to your request and prepare an offer, and to keep the site secure. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)), and your consent when you leave your email (Art. 6(1)(a)).

The AI assistant

Mr. Wizard is an automated assistant. Your messages are sent to Anthropic, the provider of the Claude AI model, to generate the answers. Anthropic does not use them to train its models. The first message of each chat and your browser language are emailed to our team so we can check answer quality and follow up. The assistant gives general information, not legal or tax advice, and makes no decisions about you.

Who processes your data for us

• Cloudflare: hosting and network security. • Anthropic: AI answers in the chat. • Resend: delivery of chat notifications to our mailbox. • Hostinger: our business mailbox. • WhatsApp (Meta), only if you choose to write to us there. • Our partner advocates and ICPAC accountants, only after you engage us for a service that needs them. We do not sell your data.

Transfers outside the EU

Cloudflare, Anthropic and Resend are US companies. Transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

We do not store chat conversations on this site. Anthropic keeps chat messages for a limited period under its commercial terms. Emails and enquiries: up to 12 months after our last contact, unless we start working together. Client files: for as long as Cypriot law requires.

Cookies

This site uses no cookies and no analytics. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and scripts from jsDelivr, so these services receive your IP address when the page loads.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to [email protected]; we reply within one month. You may also complain to the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of Cyprus (www.dataprotection.gov.cy).

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
